Terms & Conditions
(i) Users agree and acknowledge that we act only as a platform providing education
on Preventive Health Care, Disease-Free Lifestyle Education, Food Nutrition,
Immunity Building, and Diabetes Reversal.
(ii) Users also agree and acknowledge that we conduct Courses (“the Courses”) only
for Type 2 diabetes, and only individuals who are above 18 years of age are
eligible to attend the Courses.
(iii) Users further agree and acknowledge that our Health Coach does not provide
medicines or medicinal supplements. We only educate you on a disease-free
lifestyle.
(iv) Users further agree and acknowledge that you shall intimate us of your health
condition and other medical issues prior to attending the Courses. Also, treatment
differs from one person to another, and we shall not be held liable for no results as
a result of your actions according to the advice we provide.
(v) Users further agree and acknowledge that we are, in no way, responsible for your
sole reliance on the Information you obtain from the Course We conduct.
(vi) Users further agree and acknowledge that the Information provided through the
Courses does not act as a substitute for a visit or a call with qualified medical
professionals. Such Information shall not be considered as a final and conclusive
remedy.
(vii) Users further agree and acknowledge that you are required to obtain the advice of
a qualified medical professional to identify and analyze your medical issues.
(viii) Users further agree and acknowledge that you shall not rely on the
Information/advice provided through the Courses in the case of an emergency
situation, which seeks immediate attention.You shall obtain professional medical
advice in these situations.
(ix) Users further agree and acknowledge that you shall not modify your ongoing
treatment solely on the basis of the Information/advice obtained through the
Courses.
(x) Users are entitled to a refund of the fees paid if you intimate us of your
unwillingness to attend the Courses within a week from the date of joining.
However, Users agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to such refund if
you intimate us of your unwillingness to attend the Courses after a week from the
date of joining.
(xi) Users further agree and acknowledge that the contact numbers to which you have
access through the Whatsapp group shall not be misused for any reason
whatsoever. Messages in this group shall not be forwarded to any third party.
(xii) Users further agree and acknowledge that we shall terminate your access to
Classes if you fail to make your monthly EMI payments in case you have opted to
make such payments.
(xiii) Users further agree and acknowledge that you shall not share medical information
and advice obtained through the Courses with third parties. You shall not share
login details and credentials with third parties.
(xiv) Users further agree and acknowledge that you shall not sell video content in our
mobile application to any third party, and you shall not use the same for business
purposes.
(xv) Users further agree and acknowledge that we are the sole owners of the video and
content in our mobile application, and you shall not duplicate and/or reproduce the
same.
(xvi) Users further agree and acknowledge that you should have a stable network
connection to have access to Classes without interruption. We are not responsible
for your inability to attend Classes because of a faulty device.
(xvii) Users further agree and acknowledge that our Health Coach shall be in contact
with you constantly. If you fail to respond to the Health Coach for a period of two
weeks and to attend Classes, your access to our Video Classes will be blocked.
However, the access will be reinstated when you get in touch with us at any point
of time.
(xviii) Users further agree and acknowledge that we shall obtain your feedback on the
Courses, and this shall be used for promotion purposes.
(xix) Users further agree and acknowledge that your breach of any of these terms shall
lead to immediate termination of your access to the Courses, and you shall not be
entitled to a refund of the fees paid in this event.
